Today is not a good day for suggestions. Not even from Amazon. Nothing much new happening I guess.

It hasn’t been a good day for engaging books either, I’ve tried out a few and haven’t happened on the one I can’t bear to put down. Too bad they can’t all be winners. right?

Oh well. I tried a couple of books briefly and went straight to delete, I can’t even tell you now what they were.

Then I tried More Than a Second Chance, making it to 23% before giving up. It is an ok book but it took effort to keep going so I quit. I can hear other books calling out pick me, pick me.

Currently I’m trying to get caught up in Brush Creek Cowboy. It’s holding my attention so far but I’m only a couple of chapters in. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for new book suggestions.
